To avoid searching through endless unreliable websites, improve your google searches from the start.

Use these as part of your search:

site:.gc.ca (to search the Canadian gov website)
site:.gov.bc.ca (to search the BC government website) "agricultural land reserve" site:.gov.bc.ca
site:.bc.ca (for BC sites)
