The Legend of Sugar Girl

The Legend of Sugar Girl display was based on themes in Joseph Boyden's short story by the same name. Themes include reliance on self, First Nations healing, physical and mental health and wellness and residential schools.Glassed in display case with a female mannequin wearing a woven shawl and cedar hat, standing with one arm raised, a raven in mid-flight leaving her hand.
