the free (open) ChatGPT tool only includes content to 2021; to get more recent content, use Copilot (part of Microsoft 365)
ChatGPT and Copilot cannot access content behind a paywall
the quality of your ChatGPT and Copilot responses depends on the quality of your prompt - you may need to revise your prompt multiple times to get what you need
ChatGPT has been known to make up ciations - you need to verify any citations generated by ChatGPT
