Agriculture & Horticulture: AGRI 371

Ebook version of Agroecology

Physical Library Copy

Required Readings

Welcome to Agri 371. In this course, readings from the textbook are mandatory. The focus will be on Chapters 1, 2 and then Chapter 16 to the end of the course. We will be working through the text book each class until Reading Break and then spend March on field trips and activities that demonstrate concepts/practices from the book.  Some students who are not used to doing Readings don't realize how important pre-class preparation is for a 300-level class. It would be good to have Chapters 1 and 2 read PRIOR to the first class.

The e-version of the text is available online through the library using the link from the box to the left. Please note that only three people can access the book at any one time. If you cannot access the book, just try again later. As a courtesy to the next student, please logout and close your browser window when you are finished. If you have any questions about using the electronic book, please contact the library. Contact details are provided on the green Introduction tab.

There will also be two reserve copies of the textbook available in the library in January. Just ask at the library counter and provide the course name and title of the book.
