Data Visualization: Dashboards

Tools, tips, and resources on creating visual representations of data, including infographics, charts and graphs, and more.

What is a Dashboard?

According to Stephen Few, a dashboard is a visual display on a single screen, arranged so that readers can see all the relevant information at a glance. The display might not be completely comprehensive, but it needs to provide an overview of the subject matter and give viewers enough information to pursue the subject matter further. Dashboards may be interactive, allowing the viewer to select data to view.
