Sometimes it is easy to forget that we have a lot of resources that we can use for educational purposes. You might not have to go on a Google hunt when we have the following resources on our doorstep.

Primal Pictures Interactive Anatomy - Premier Library Package This link opens in a new window
A variety of types of images:MRIs, dissection slides, detailed anatomy, and movies.
CINAHL Complete (EBSCOHost) This link opens in a new window
From the Advanced Search screen, at the bottom right you can limit your results to images.

Search our ebook collection for books on your health image needs. If it is for educational use (your powerpoints or handouts) all you need to do is cite the source and make sure the content is not posted to the open Web. Password protected platforms like BlackBoard are fine.

Health Education Media Library
The Health Education Media Library is a community-sourced open access repository of medical, dental and health education media assets including images, videos and audio clips. The goal of the project is to provide high quality assets that are representative of a diverse population of both patients and health care providers (emphasizing representation across different ethnicities, genders, ages, body types etc.) and inclusive of stigmatized health care topics. OpenVerse: Creative Commons Search Portal
Search for whichever medical image that you need. Remember to limit the search on the right to CC BY-SA.
Wikimedia Commons
Search for the images you want and remember to limit the licences from the drop down menu to the type you require.

Unsplash
Unsplash images can be used for free for commercial and noncommercial purposes without permission. Credit is also not required, though it is appreciated if possible.
