About Passport GMID Company Profiles

Passport GMID has two types of company profiles: a local company report and a global company profile (for large, multinational companies). A full report will include the following sections (but keep in mind that not every report will be comprehensive):

Tips

• Check the date on the profile - most reports are no more than a year old, but you'll want to update information in any report older than 3 months.

Step 1

Click on "Companies" in the menu bar, then type the company name in the search box. If the campany is included in the database, it will appear in a drop-down list of suggestions - click on the company name.

Step 2

The company landing page will appear.

1. Under the Profiles heading you'll see a list of industries in which the company operates, as well as a list of profiles available for that industry (the Global Company Profile first, followed by available Local Company Profiles).

2. Choose the profile you wish to review.

Tips

• Don't forget to look at the related Analysis documents on the landing page; these represent the most recent analysis reports that mention the company. Click on the "See all analysis" link to view all documents related to the company (including profiles).

Notes

• Provide the URL of the publisher's home page (in this case Euromonitor). Do not provide the direct URL to the report.
• Use a hanging indent to format references.
