When preparing the Strategic Plan and Action Plan, you will need to craft an analysis that draws connections between different aspects of your research. In this part of the research, you're going to be tasked with using all the insights you've gathered over the course of the research to provide your company with recommendations. This will require participation from all members of the group, as every member will have different insights based on what they have spent researching.
But remember, your goal with these parts of the assignment isn't to just summarize the research you've done, but to apply that research with concrete recommendations that will benefit your organization.
You will need to express these insights and recommendations int two very different formats: a written report (maximum 20 pages) and a formal 20-minute presentation. These are very different mediums, so consider carefully how you can use each medium to make the most professional and persuasive case for your ideas.
