Now you are ready to start searching and evaluating articles. Choosing the article is up to you - this is part of your voice as the author of your own work. Again, you can do a keyword search using the library search box below - you can also check out guides our librarians have put together on some popular topics. These guides can be a good place to start when you are looking for background information and ideas.
[Note: We are working to improve access to our collections and revising our subject headings to be more respectful and inclusive. Please be aware that you may see certain words or descriptions in search results or library materials which reflect the author’s attitude or that of the period in which the item was created and may now be considered offensive.]
We recommend you gather the citation information while you are searching, that way you have it for later. Most databases have options to copy an autogenerated citation (see an image of the button below).
You can use this feature - but you must use it with caution as the formatting will likely be wrong so if you copy that citation into your assignment you will lose marks. Make sure you review citations using the guide from the Academic Success Centre - linked below.
Now it is time for you to find your articles! Use this guide to refer back to if you have questions. |
