Using the Find It Search Box
Example searches:
self-care nursing
meditation OR mindfulness
nursing workplace stress
nursing burnout
yoga mental health
Search any of your self-care activities: walking, reading, painting etc and add the words mental health to the search.
Remember also that this is a huge topic that you can approach from many angles. Try to keep your focus and look for what truly interests you: resilience? therapy? counselling? physical activities? etc.
Improve your googling by limiting your search to a domain.
Eg.: self-care site:caccn.ca/
This limits your search to the Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses website and links to many of their online resources
